## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can the adhesive be reused?**
A: The adhesive doesn’t hold to start with. Had to use the screws.

**Q: Can I peel off and move it to a more convenient place?**
A: If you choose to use the adhesive and not attach via hardware by drilling holes and adding screws why not basically. HOWEVER if you attached to painted wall or wood walls it is possible this type of adhesive will cause some damage to those walls and surfaces not always just the surface if it's a dry/wall that's been painted. Glue will adhere and not release. Now as to moving to more convenient location once you installed with the adhesive to no matter what wall it will need NEW glue. Check out the Command style double stick tapes by 3M those are the most reliable I believe but there are also other brands and off brands you can try too. Just make sure the tape is large enough to accomodate this product and also clean the product's old glue off well so no old residue is left behind. Alcohol cleaning of both the product and the new area of wall you intend to place it should be followed as I am sure the directions that came with it in the first place requested that. If it's a ceramic or smooth stone or metal wall not to worry as much about damage. Still though be careful and use plastic tools to scrape off and sometimes a heat gun or blow dryer will help to soften the glues to remove them nicely. Hope this helps. But most often if once placed it is meant to hold tight and not be moved about like the command products are advertised at doing. Not all 3M's do that however so investigate and READ for content all products you look at. Also if you have time check out a hardware store and clerk who is knowledged in this area.

A: There is no hardware. It’s simple and easy to install and yes the adhesive is strong. We installed it in our camper a year ago and it’s still attached.

**Q: How can I contact the seller? I need a replacement adhesive pad.**
A: It didn’t hold for me. I had to use the screws.
