Seems like it should be an easy find right? Nope!! I saw this with all the attachments that could go from car, to shower, to floor and everything in between; it looked promising. The description does not tell you that this is really meant to be used as a hand held scrubber. I want primarily a floor cleaner, so I attached the pole to the handle and a cleaning pad to one of the items that had an attachment to connect to the power handle. The extension pole attaches awkwardly and is just that an extension pole. You have to turn it on using the button on the rubberized handle, that sticks out weirdly, so you can't get close to the wall or anything because the handle has to be in the opposite position of the extension pole. The instructions say do not press down on the unit while operating, but if you don't, there is no controlling where it goes and it wobbles all over the place. I used it for about two minutes before the extension handle detached itself from the power handle and the cleaning pad went one way and the power handle went another.I can see the item mostly working, IF you just want a hand held scrubber for large open surfaces. Due to the bulk of the body, I don't see being able to use this in tight spaces or corners.The description says 2 rechargeable batteries, but the battery appears to be built in, and there was no second battery.Overall, I'm not impressed and will be returning this poorly designed contraption promptly. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Great Hand Scrubber. But with the mop the motor seems to strong for the handle, it just don't work for me. I have no control it just jumps everywhere and the handle flys off.
