This product is 100% certified organic and completely whole wheat flour so it is high in fiber and nutrient dense. I liked it because it is not really salty like most sesame sticks which are very high sodium content. It was a little bit on the bland side BUT that is because it is unlike the vast majority of sesame sticks which typically have lots of artificial ingredients.
