As I wanted to use these to embellish my coloring book pages, and the video showed the same, I was sure these would fit the bill. Upon arrival, the first thing I saw was a nice, sturdy cardboard tube. This makes a great container to put on your desk or table. Upon opening, I found 12 individually wrapped, acrylic paint markers. I also found a 15% off my next order, but Amazon does not accept coupons. It is important to shake the marker well, with the cap on tightly, before use. First time use requires 'priming' the marker tip. This means pressing the tip up & down on scrap paper, until the paint enters the tip. You may end up with a surplus of paint at the beginning, so keep that scrap paper nearby for the beginning & subsequent use. The colors are rich. It does take a few moments for the paint to dry, when lightly applied. Be aware that drying time may be longer for heavier applications and work accordingly. I do wonder how long these would last if used for a large project, but for coloring book embellishment, I am sure that these will last some time. I found there was no odor, when using this product.
