I had a question and received a prompt reply. Great customer service. Review: Improved, solid, could be made better. - As received, there were no instructions, save some skimpy sketches on the box. I had to figure out how to remove existing small screws from my Dell U2412M, which were recessed, but it worked. It comes with all its bolts assembled VERY tightly, making it hard to open up for assembly. In fact, the design could be greatly improved by replacing the bolts with some sort of an easier tightened/untightened mechanism. I was looking for a stand that allowed the lower edge of the monitor to touch the desktop, which this did.
