I bought it around Christmas time and received it in about a week under Standard shipping (Free). The pot is a little too big for just me and my husband. If you have a family of 4 to 6, this is a great size. When it arrived, I was surprised how big the box is. They packed up the whole set well in a small box that makes moving easily. The broth and food heat up quickly but it takes a lot of broth since the pot is big. We have used it 6-7 times in these two months. Everything works fine. Easy to clean. The only concern my husband has is the pot itself is very thin.
