I can't say enough good things about this charger! I purchased this for myself and my partner as we both charge our phones overnight, but the outlet we use is behind our bed so we used to have two chargers on a power strip behind the bed. Obviously with the notoriously short factory supplied cables we spent most of the last two years playing power strip tug of war when plugging in our phones at night. And god forbid one of us needed to bring our chargers with us somewhere! This is way easier, fast charges both devices, and I ordered six foot cables for both my partner's and my device so there would be able length for either side of the bed. The tug of war is over, we can bring our factory supplied chargers with us somewhere without tearing up the entire bed to get to them, and peace has returned to our evening routine. Some reviews on here had complaints of the prongs not folding into the device, which is true (they do not). However this is not an issue for me at all because this wall unit has a permanent spot on our power strip. If you don't plan on traveling with this I doubt that would be an issue - at any rate the unit is a fairly decent size so foldable prongs likely wouldn't save you much more space. Another HUGE plus for this unit for me is that even when it's plugged in 24h a day, it doesn't get hot to the touch. Even with both devices plugged in and charging it keeps a cool temperature. Well worth the money.

I've been using this Anker quick charge 3.0 for over a year now and I am very pleased with it. I can confirm that it definitely provides enough amperage to quick charge 2 compatible devices simultaneously.In all honesty, the quality of this charger has me bringing into question the quality of the manufacturers chargers that they include with their devices. Ive veen using Samsung's Galaxy phones since the S3. I purchased this charger when I got my S7 Edge. The first major difference I observed in comparison between this and the stock charger is the temperature. My S7 was getting VERY warm while charging with the stock charger, and I was blowing through wires like crazy. They (the Official Samsung brand cables) were shorting out after only a couple months of use. Eventually they'd stop working completely, or they would no longer allow quick fast charging, only a slow charge. Sometimes even the cables themselves got hot while charging my devices. I got fed up with it.At first I thought it was the cables, so I started trying aftermarket cables. Anker has been a fantastic company to us over the years, so I picked up one of theirs, and a few others to compare. After experiencing the same high heat and cable shorting out issues repeatedly, I decided to try a new charger.Which brings me to my experience with this one...Since I switched from the Samsung charger, I haven't experienced any of the aforementioned issues with my phones/devices or my cables. Both my old S5 and my S7 Edge charge up at their respective quick charge rates, and neither of them feel like a hot potato fresh out of the oven while they charge. I can even browse the web or play some games on my S7 while I sit in bed and charge the phone and it hardly warms up at all!It used to get too hot for me to feel comfortable using it all all while charging.My cables have also been lasting significantly longer too.I just got the new S9+ in the mail today and charged it right up with this Anker charger and was pleased to experience the same results. Charging my S7 Edge and S9+ simultaneously didn't slow down the charging of either device at all or produce any additional heat in either device. I highly recommend this charger. In fact Im considering upgrading to the new "Fusion" version of this charger that is more portable and has a built-in 5000mAh backup battery in it for emergency charging during power loss (a notorious issue in my area during bad wather and such) or charging on the go.And as with all Anker products, you can buy with confidence because they have fantastic warranties and customers service!

I love the Anker brand chargers and power bank. My boyfriend bought me the power bank for when I'm in class and wouldn't have to have my phone away from me and it works amazingly. My classmates would ask me to borrow it to charge their phones and it would charge it in no time. The power bank and the wall charger does not heat up- like most others do, and charges my devices extremely fast. I would highly recommend this product and also the power banks. I do not go anywhere without it, I would also recommend charging the power bank with the fast charge wall charger cause the power bank will take a while to charge. Less the time if you get the Anker wall charger.

I purchased this wall charger and the Anker PowerCore 20100 this past June to take on a camping trip. It came from Amazon in just a couple days. Hard to beat that. I caught a plane from Kentucky to Oregon to go on a camping trip with my two adult kids. We left the airport and headed to the back 40. The first day there my phone needed a recovery charge from all the use in the airport and plane. I pulled it out and plugged it into my phone. My daughter was sitting besides me and said, "Oh mine needs charged as well." So I plugged hers into the second port. In an hour both phones were up to nearly a full charge and I still had 75% of my battery charge left in the Anker Power Core. Amazing. I charged both of our phones again in another day. Still had power left. In short the thing lasted the entire camping trip and kept 2 phones fully charged for three days.Now we are in November. I have used it off and on dozens of times. Flawless until this week. For some reason it would not recharge with my wall charger plugin. But it would recharge connected to my computer. I am no electronic guru per say but it looked like a clear cut wall charger issue. Now to test the claims of Anker's Customer support. I dialed them up and was connected to Spencer in about two minutes. I explained my situation, he concluded that the wall plug sounded defective. I love it when experts agree with me. He checked my order date and number and told me it was still under warranty they would send me a new one, I could do what I wanted with the old defective one. Wow! I told him I had read good reviews about their service but he had just made a believer out of me. I will buy my chargers from Anker from now on. Good products. Good service. No hassles. What more could you ask for. Thank-you Spencer and a super thank-you to Anker. It is refreshing to be treated so nice.
