The back tires were flat upon arrival but that was a quick fix to just putvairnin them. It is light weight under 60lbs which makes for easy portability. It's a very speedy chair even on the lowest setting, so take your time to get used to its power. It's comfortable enough, but a thicker padded cushion on the back and bottom would make it nicer. The arms do swing up for easy transfers, although personally I'd like for them to swing up a little further so I don't scratch my back transferring on/off it but it is workable. A head rest would have been nice, but does not come with one.. (I ordered a universal one to attach to this chair). Elevated legs rests would also have been a nice attachment, but chair does not come with those either.This chair is definitely made for getting around town, shopping, and walks with my family.
