We had to replace our hold vacuum head because it broke. We had previously paid almost 30% more from our local vacuum speciality store. When we saw the price for the same make and model online for less, it really didn't take us long to decide. We've had this for awhile now and can say that it performs well. It picks up any particle we can see and feel on the carpet. I like the rubber casing in the front which provides a cushion for the vacuum as well as any household items it bumps into. It's easy to clean and remove from vacuum pipe.
