The broth base tastes delicate and natural not bullion-y. Noodles are the best in ANY ramen package I have ever eaten. You get the choice of adding spice and/or oil to the mix to suit you personal tastes. These are the ONLY ramen I will buy and eat. I keep regular ramen around for the grandkids since they aren't that particular, but I don't share my Mama ramen with anyone!!! These are the BEST!! While I could go to the Asian store and get these a lot cheaper, these are well worth the price on Amazon. The broth base tastes delicate and natural not bullion-y. Noodles are the best in ANY ramen package I have ever eaten. You get the choice of adding spice and/or oil to the mix to suit you personal tastes. These are the ONLY ramen I will buy and eat. I keep regular ramen around for the grandkids since they aren't that particular, but I don't share my Mama ramen with anyone!!! These are the BEST!! Unless I am going to the area where my Asian store is located I will continue to buy off Amazon.

This is one of the Southeast Asian ramen versions that are big on flavor, but not crazy spicy like the Korean style. I tried the pork version some years ago, and found that my kids eating them before I could. My kids are all adults now, but my newfoundland cross puppy found the delivery before I got home and ate five packages from inside two cardboard cartons! It's a good thing I love both him and these.
