Grant Cardone is the only person to actually make sense of and break down what multifamily real estate is. On top of that, he explicitly explains how to look at deals and how to work with real estate agents. Before seeing his show I had no clue what to invest in because I thought the whole stock market was a scam (which it is). But now after seeing all his sitcoms and reading this book I am eager to get ready into the game of real estate and set a better life not only for myself, but my family as well. Due to him explaining all the steps in such comprehensive detail I am eager to get started. Being a “trust-fund baby” from a chaotic past I put a lot of pressure on myself to do the best I can with what I was given. Being an accredited investor such as myself I think this is the safest yet most effective way to use your money. Even if you’re just getting started with investing, investing in cardone capital is a wise decision. Thank you for your insight Grant, Hope to speak with you someday
