The sound is crisp with good depth and the noise cancelling functionality is excellent.There were 3 major downsides for me.1. The box that contains the active noise cancelling technology and the battery is only a few centimetres from the plug so the weight pulls on the plug and the weight pulls the earphones out of my ears when I'm running. When I use them with a bluetooth receiver, the noise cancelling box and the bluetooth dongle are too close together, so it's awkward to carry. The box should be where the wires from the left and right ears meet just below the user's chin.2. There's no clip! If the active noise cancelling box had a clip to attach it to your clothes and the box was located in the right place (see point 1) then it would go a long way to improving the usability of the earphones.3. None of the ear buds fit my ears properly. The smallest ones allow outside noise to filter in, removing the active noise cancelling properties. The bigger ones were too tight and hurt my ears. The material used in the rubber(?) caused my ears to ache after 30 minutes or so. Not good when listening to films or sports.For the cost, everything would have to be perfect, not just the sound and active noise cancellation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a nice fit in to the ear and still comfortable after ... *by N***Y on 14 October 2017* Superb sound quality, a nice fit in to the ear and still comfortable after a few hours of use.Worth the money? My first set of earphones above the £50 mark, and only time will truly tell, but after a week with them I think they are a good investment.My only criticism is that the ANC box is very close to the jack plug and can end up pull on the jack. Whether this causes an issue over time, I'll have to wait and see. I am trying to take care and position my mobile so that the pulling is negated or minimized. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A1 Ear Bud Headphones *by B***Y on 12 July 2019* Bought as a gift for my husband who has hearing problems and wears hearing aids. These are first pair of in ear headphones that he can hear clearly with. He is a bit of a music buff so is very critical. He thinks if you have good hearing these must be amazing. Moral on this occasion, it is true, you get what you pay for. These are noise cancelling ear buds, quality & effectiveness depends on buds you choose from those supplied, he used the memory foam ones. They are not wireless but that suits him as still light and can’t get lost. Went for basic package (cheaper option) but you get everything including pouch & bud selection just not the leather case.
