Review: works great with my office phone system - Initially it did not work using the headset port. Had to disconnect the handset and replace with this connection but not a big deal. Works fine. Phone rings, lift handset and set it down on the desk. Sound quality is good. Lightweight. Our office system is "Inter-tel" and this works fine with it.
