Product Description The Discovery Woodland Tree house playground is perfect for combining games and discovery. Its many features, such as the 182 cm slide, the wooden ladder, yes the wooden access ramp allow little explorers to imagine crazy adventures. The garden space offers them the opportunity to discover from beginning to end the evolution of a plant, from the planting of its seed to the hatching of its flower. Like all other products in the Discovery range, the structure is equipped with a transparent wall, intended to be painted, and easily washable. The frame is made of FSC certified wood, and pressure treated, ensuring strength and longevity. Suitable for ages 3 years and over. Review: Wonderful addition during lockdown - Easy to put together, great instructions, footprint and height not as overwhelming as I thought for our small yard but plenty big enough to provide physical challenge. Our 5 and (135cm tall) 7yo love it and will have many years enjoying this. Lots of nice accessories included. As others have said we left out a lot of the ramp pieces so it was more ladder like. The slide is surprisingly fast and quite steep so we placed a square of wood underneath, but given our kids are older this is a good thing.
Review: Great Play Frame - Bought this for our son who's definitely reached the stage where everything which is climbable must be climbed. It's a big set and takes a lot of assembly (I had to build on my own due to the current movement and social restrictions). It took about six hours in total and an electric screwdriver/drill is an absolute must. Our son loves it though an it's made spending time playing in the garden so much more fun. And my wife is planning a lot of additions to make it even more interactive.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are there pre drilled holes?**
A: For the most part, there were a couple of times I had to drill out the existing holes as they weren't quite big enough. Other than that it's wel made with very clear build instructions. Definitely a two man job though

**Q: Does anyone pop a coat of ducksback/wood preserver paint on or is the wood good to endure weather deteriation as is?**
A: Ours is now 3 years old and has weathered fine - never been treated with anything extra. I could be wrong, but I believe somewhere in my memory that the wood is pre treated. Maybe check the Plum website.

**Q: would you say the slide is a good size for over 4? as in enough to slide down**
A: My child is 3.5 and big for their age, can see it suiting them just fine for many more years.

**Q: Would an 8year old be too big for this ? What height is the platform ?**
A: My 8yo niece does play with my younger children on it but yes, I would probably say it’s a bit small for an 8yo and wouldn’t last them very long.

The delivery missed a few pieces but this was followed up very well by customer service. It is an expensive item but once built it's very sturdy. My boys love playing on it! It definitely takes 2 to build though, and several hours! But worth it in the end. The key is to set out all the pieces first and check them against the item list before you get started!
