Since starting it, my daughter’s mood is much more balanced, she’s better able to complete tasks, and she approaches tricky situations with a more positive mindset. Transitions between activities are smoother, her reactions are far less dramatic, and overall, our family life has become much calmer. She isn’t able to swallow tablets yet, so we mix the powder into squash and blend it with a small hand-held whisk, which works really well. The only minor side effect was some smelly wind initially, but that quickly settled. I was dubious about ordering these, but wow. My 9 year old son has been taking them for just over a month now. I'd say, the first signs of clearer focus/mood balance were week 3-4. His teachers, peers and our family have all noticed little changes in him for the better. More present during conversations, less distracted, changes are less likely to cause a meltdown.
