Strong, reliable needle
I thought my Janome was a defective machine because the needles repeatedly bent and/or broke. It wasn't until I gave the Janome needles a poor review that another customer recommended the Schmetz needles. I have just plowed through layers of toweling so thick that they barely fit under the foot. The needle never failed, did not bend, even when hook Velcro was added to the layers. I am very relieved to have found these needles- thought I had to stick with the brand. I will order these from now on, although I expect I will be using the ones I have for quite some time.

Same as if purchased at joanns
This product saved me a trip to Joanns, however it’s more expensive than if I would have bought it at Joanns with a coupon. But considering the pandemic, better safe than sorry and worth the extra cash

Good assortment
Like that it has a good assortment of sizes so if I end up needing something odd I have it in my kit. These are the only brand I use because they work well and I don’t need to fight my machine.

Sharp Needles
This combo pack of sewing machine needles has been just what I needed. A nice variety in size & strengh for different types of fabrics. No breakage so far. I'm glad I got them. You never know about this kind of stuff when you buy online. I can't get out to the stores that carry notions, etc. very often. Amazon is a great service with quality products, even stuff like this, for people like me. Anyway, good needles.

Schmetz is best
I have been sewing for over 50 years. At the age of 16 I purchased my own machine (Viking Husqvarna) and Schmetz was the recommended needles for my machine - I've been using them ever since and never had an issue. Can't wait to get sewing!!

Combo came with a missing needle!
I bought this needle combo as part of a birthday present for my mother, as she is passionate about sewing and has been doing it for many years. However, when I receive this package I see that one of the nine needles that should come in this needle combo is missing, which is sad and disappointing for my mom since the missing needle is one of the most important for my mother's work and was also the one she wanted the most!
