That helped, but as I read this REA I sometimes got lost because it seemed to skip over certain concepts as if they were nothing or as if the reader would have already known such specific details. Thankfully I did some homework and found that watching the Youtube channel "ACDCLeadership" whenever I didn't understand a concept fixed the problem. Mr. Clifford's videos are short (usually a max of 5 min and average of 3min each), concise and most importantly make sense--and perfect for AFTER you read the REA material. And it is important to note that you can't just rely on those videos to guide you through; some of that "filler info" in the REA is really important to solidify concepts and maybe even learn a point of view you thought you knew but could have known more about. I also used the Official College Board Study Guide, online free Peterson's practice tests, the one or two of the REA tests to practice what the test questions would be like and to see if I could answer them appropriately. Those were my only sources, and really this REA was very necessary in in order to get a good overall view of what I needed to know, and help practice it. Just make sure you know that you might need a little extra help understanding somethings that the REA doesn't always adequately cover if your the average jo. All in all, I would definitely recommend this for study! Seriously, you need it. (I would also recommend using that Youtube channel in addition because it was free and the most helpful supplement.) In the end, I passed with a 61 with a cut score of 50, a very nice score really if you've ever taken very many. Totally worth the buy for 3 credit hours I didn't have to spend $800s at a university for, and I learned so much it was crazy. I am very glad I took this CLEP and used this REA. It's definitely worth your time, and worth your buy-- ### ⭐⭐ This is certainly NOT the best book out there to help you get ready for ... *by N***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 14, 2015* This is certainly NOT the best book out there to help you get ready for the Macroeconomics CLEP test. If you've never studied economics before you will probably be lost when reading the concepts review. I found the concepts review section to be very confusing and that's saying something since I just finished taking a college level economics course. The practice tests are helpful though. In fact the practice tests in this book are harder than the actual test.I was able to score a 73 on the test by having some knowledge from my economics class. But what REALLY HELPED me was a macroeconomics youtube channel called AC/DC Macroeconomics. This youtube channel is awesome. It is concise, to the point, and very helpful teaching macroeconomic terms. The app is designed to help high school kids pass the macroeconomics AP exam. So it is more than enough to help with the CLEP.
