I would have to get up 3 or more times a night and then often take 45 min to 2 hours to fall asleep again. This definitely works! My smart watch shows "excellent sleep latency" (the time it take to fall asleep) as opposed to before taking Glycine. Prior to taking Glycine, results would always show "poor" sleep latency. There is 1 gram of glycine in 1/4 teaspoon. I take 3 grams per night because that was dosage in the research study. I stir it into an 8 to 10 oz glass of water. It has a slightly sweet take, not unpleasant at all. It has changed my life. I was so tired all the time because of poor sleep.
