No. This is legit. This leads to an increase in clear-mindedness (for me) within 15 minutes. There is pep in my step. Almost like I have more breath in my body. I'm huffing and puffing less. I'm only 25 but I have sustained some serious damage to my body from selenium toxicity from supplements that has affected me drastically. But this helps.I have read it helps boost arginine more than arginine, as arginase in the liver "taxes" 80% of the arginine you eat/take and destroys it. Citrulline bypasses the liver, hence leading to a noticeable increase in Nitric Oxide, which is what is giving you that feeling of oxygenation.Citrulline is also used as a life-saving medication for those with urea cycle mutations/genetic diseases. As citrulline is used to convert the most toxic metabolite ever, ammonia, into the safer urea to be excreted. I imagine this could also play somewhat of a role for how you feel on this stuff.Look, don't buy a million supplements that don't work. Stick with what works.
