I saw quite a few reviews saying that the main pouch should have 2 zippers to prevent items from falling out when opening - I don’t have this problem whatsoever whether I'm carrying the bag or it's on a table/counter/chair. I don't have anything "loose" in the bag other than a tin of mints, my glasses case, and my inhaler so maybe others have more stuff that's not in the inner pockets/elastics. Just something to be mindful of. I don't have any issues with the length of the strap as others have stated but I am petite so if you're taller than maybe 5'6-7 I could see it being a bit too short.
