The inside of the pillow is the air-filled hole of the memory cotton. I think this may help to dissipate heat and not be too stuffy. The other side of the pillow can be disassembled, which makes it easy for me to adjust the width. It has been used for a few days and feels comfortable, and there is no bad smell. The volume is not very large and does not take up too much space. This will not affect my husband's rest.
