## Questions & Answers

**Q: The flame on the one I purchased is now very low.  How can I get a hold of an owner's manual that has troubleshooting?**
A: I don’t know about an owner’s manual, however I had the same problem. 

New regulators on propane tanks have a safety feature that slows the flow of gas if you have your burner on before you open the tank.

Make sure both valves on the burner are in the off position before you open the valve on the tank. 

Then be sure to shut everything off in the reverse order. 

That worked for me, I hope this helps.

**Q: I see two gas valves - is there an order in which to light the burner or just turn both on?**
A: The valve on the left side controls the main burner.   The valve on the right side controls the pilot flame.

**Q: is this only meant for a wok**
A: It is built optimally for wok cooking.   It can cook flat bottom pan/pot as well as the flame should be able to reach.

**Q: How long does a full 20 lb. can of propane last when turn up to full 16000 BTU?**
A: If you consider using the top heat power (i.e., 160kBTU/Hr from a PF13L160 stove) to cook every dish, a 20lbs propane tank can only last a few hours.   In reality, it is better to consider how much energy each dish needs to be cooked.   In this way it matches out about 3~4 months of usage for a tank.   Since I'm a personal user of my own stoves and I typically cook one dish a day (about 5~10 minutes), I find my tank last about 4~5 months, i.e., about 3 tanks a year.
