Parts looked and felt solid. Installation took maybe 30 mins. It lasted for about 30 mins on my mower before cracking where the mower output joined with the tube. After that it didnt have enough force to blow the clippings into the bag. I called MTD "customer service" and talked to Tabitha. I wanted the replacement part instead of taking it apart and sending back to amazon. she told me i would be better off sending it back to Amazon. She also said they dont send out replacement parts that I would have to go to a dealer to get it inspected and then see if my warranty was valid. It was literally on the mower for less than 30 mins.. Good luck if you buy this, hope there are no bumps in your yard. dont say I didnt warn you. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Shute clogs constantly when grass slightly damp, poor fit for my mower, *by A***G on Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2018* Shute blocks very easily when grass is even slightly damp, a poor fit on my TB2246. I now have the Rube Goldberg model - bunjee cord attached to mower body around where shute meets bagger to keep top of shute in place; bunjee cord in middle of shute attached to mower body to keep shute from popping loose to the outside; 5" x"4" access door cut into lower shute to access constant clogs, bungee cord around shute in location of retro-cut access door to to keep door shut ... now, if the grass is very very dry I think I'm in luck... Oh yeah, it is a bit overpriced for the quality given. In all fairness, if it fits YOUR mower and YOUR grass is always dry, this is probably a nice system. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EASY TO INSTALL, WORKS PERFECT ON WET/DRY GRASS, ALL PARTS WERE THERE *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 27, 2018* The box was a little rough when it arrived, but I think the shipper is responsible for that. All the parts were there (be sure to look for parts packed in with the catch bags. After reading some reviews, I thought parts were missing until I unpacked everything and did a quick parts check against the parts inventory list. I thought the bad reviews might be right, but they couldn't have been more wrong). Assembly took 25-30 minutes and went very smoothly. I wanted to wait to write a review until after I used the Bagger, and I'm glad I did. I cut both wet and dry grass and had no clogging problems, and no grass escaping the bags. It picked up the leaves, and here in Ohio, we've got lost of leaves! I even managed to bang the tube against a tree or two and even a gas marker pole, and no damage!
