This was a very disappointing caramel sauce and I don't recommend it. Trader Joe's has a much better quality product. Although i have never put it on top of brownie batter, I think it would be worth a try. **Q: Is the sauce thick or thin?** A: Thick, especially when refrigerated - warm it up to thin it. **Q: Blackberry jam with seeds?** A: I like blackberry and raspberry jams with seeds, but I haven't tried either from Stonewall. I can say that the salted caramel sauce is excellent.
