I have heard it’s fine to put in sauces and sprinkle on food. It has extra protein, fibre and b vitamins in which are all essential for healthy eating. It’s also vegan so can be good for vegan cheese sauce alternatives to add flavour. It does have a slight cheesy taste and I’m probably not the best person to review it on taste because I’m not a fan of cheese, but instead of sprinkling it on foods dry I’ve been mixing it into sauces and omelettes. I can’t taste it that way too much. It dissolves really nicely and I just put a teaspoon in each meal that I can dissolve it in recently but you can add a bit more. I’m sure you’d be able to taste the cheesy flavour then. It comes in a pot that’s easy to open and sealed for freshness. It has twenty servings which is why I think you can use more than a tea spoon because it’ll last me a little longer using it in my current meals. It’ll fit in your pantry or cupboard nicely and is a great addition for those who are trying to increase fibre into their diet too as not many people get enough of it. It’s an easy addition to any meal - especially if you like cheese and just bulks up the nutrient density of the food!
