In the pic you can see the large and the medium, the large is too big, and made as small as possible; the medium is too small and made a large as possible. I would think they would be very close to the same size once adjusted like that but they are not even close. The large wraps around the chest (rib cage area) and has room to spare and the neck is too loose as well, again made as small as possible. The medium, made a large as possible, is about 3-4" to small around the chest and it tight when sliding over the head. I am trying to use it on a 50 pound lab who just had LarPar surgery. I will kept the large for a 80 pound lab, I will return the medium and will keep looking for something that fits right. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THIS HARNESS IS REALLY NICE! *by N***A on October 4, 2018* I really like this harness! Now, I did just get it today, but I am am very impressed so far! It is VERY VEERY EASY to get on. I had it on in 30 seconds out of bag. It adjusts easily, and the fit could not have been more perfect. He measured up that he needed a large, and the large fits exactly as it should. I already ordered an extra large for my larger dog! He was not bothered by it at all,( this is our first harness ever) and he was so excited to go for our morning 3 mile walk! and I must say, that comparing prices on AMAZON, this was a steal! If anything should change as time goes on, I will def. update. Great to have the option of connecting the leash in the front or on the back of the halter. The large size was a bit large for my 25 pound labradoodle, though. It ends up sliding to his side if he is pulling from the side. Also this halter is relatively easy and quick to put on and take off.
