Good product. After a long time my puff pastry came out flaky n light.can go for it.

The shortening came later than expected and also there were a few problems regarding delivery but other than that no issues with the product. The packaging was also below Amazon standards which I am used to.FIRST IMPRESSIONS:This shortening was simply a lifesaver. I was working with fondant for the very time, this shortening made sure nothing goes wrong. Also, a little dab on the rolling pin was enough for the fondant to work well, no sticking no issues just smooth and even rolling.The buttercream I made with this also turned out to better than my usual cream. It holds its shape well for stiff peaks and delivers an even cleaner look. The buttercream was stable and appropriate not too stiff neither watery.VERDICT:I would definitely suggest buying the High Ratio Shortening. This is a life saver and a must buy for bakers.
