I read a lot of negative reviews, but I love my cup and lid. The lid fits all my other standard cops so when I feel like using it to cover my tea while steeping or to keep warm, it fits great. I hand wash mine and I have had no issues with the handle or any other portion of the cup or lead. It came very securely wrapped for shipping. I also like the capacity size.
