Great customer service. Quality product. Bought for my Powerhorse 9000 generator. I wasn't sure if I needed to use an extender (to keep it away from the exhaust box). I used their contact form and sent some pictures and they called me quickly and answered my questions. I was unsure if I needed to use one of the extenders to keep the cover away from the exhaust box.. I did need to use an extender, requiring drilling a hole in the box frame of the generator. It was not a problem to do this with my regular drill. The cover fits great. I am going to use the original generator cover when not in use and use this heavy duty cover when I need to use the generator. I store my generator outside, under my deck, and move it to my yard to use. I figure no need to have unneeded wear and tear on this nice cover (it is very thick), so I will put it on when needed. The mounts fold in when not being used so my old cover still fits (even with the extender). To use I just fold the mounts back out, a quick screwdriver to tighten them and put the heavy duty cover on. Only takes a couple minutes, takes longer to plug the unit into my house.
