Claiming such long time warranty indicates it's good quality. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Look Before you leap for this Product of Candes *by S***A on Reviewed in India on 14 November 2020* Within 45 days the output circuit stopped providing its rated voltage 220-240 V.~ I first contacted Candes, alias Vedanta Group through email Sending Photos of the product.~ They replied me sending every details including invoice, that was sent.~ A customer care Executive called me to persuade me that product is working fine, without a check by their technician.~When I mentioned that the output voltage it was producing higher than input, they asked me to send a VIDEO for my TRUTHFULNESS. However I sent the video showing that input is 247 V AC, and output is 252 to 255 V AC, which is beyond the rated voltage the voltage stabilizer.~since then they stopped responding to myself.~I left no stone unturned to contact them, used FACEBOOK page, TWITTER, and finally WHATSAPP besides email and phone calls.This CANDES product is defective, the manufacturer knew, so they did not respond. The defective product is lying idle at my home.So think deeply before investing this co's product, you wont get service out of them.
