After looking at 50+ samples so far (literally), this has been the smoothest process thus far. We had specific needs for our flooring due to allergies & lifestyle... and we've finally found a product that meets them. The ultra-low VOC with no added urea formaldehyde was an essential element for us! ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Defective Product *by I***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 21, 2021* Buyer beware. Installed 7 rooms of this product that ended up being replaced. Immediately after install I had separation, buckling, cupping and banana boarding. Installer came back and reinstalled. Same issues. They had their inspector come out and he indicated floor was not level even though it was within specifications. Had my inspector come out and he said the locking mechanism was defective due to the issues cited above. Cali Bamboo refused to address the issue since their inspector indicated an uneven floor. If I was the only one with this issue I could accept it; however, hundred of buyer have this issue which can be found on line. Do your research on this product before you buy.
