The package includes extra vertical mount bars and extra screws (more than in the photo, 8 extra wood screws and 4 extra metal screws to be exact). I would advise to drill holes on the desk and wipe off all the excess lubrications on the sliders first, or else it will get greasy everywhere. The tray’s dimension is 12.25” x 21.25”, and upon pulling out, you will get 10” of the tray from the edge of the vertical mount bar to the front edge of the tray. There is a 2.5” armrest / pencil holder area, so you have an access to about 7.5” of space in case if you want to use that area for the keyboard.Using the 3rd hole on the shorter vertical mount bar and with a solid wood desk, I found that the drawer very solid and no wobble. Gliding is semi-smooth due to the thick lubrication drowning the ball bearing. It was able to hold all the gears (approximately 10 lbs) easily. Now I only have one single power cable dangle on the side of the mobile desk, and everything else neatly hide underneath.Although being solid, it is best served as an organizer and not as a keyboard tray since there will be some flex upon heavier weight on the tray with its construction of plastic. It would be limiting as well on the 7.5” exposed area for the keyboard when fully pulled out.
