I do not see any nuts in the ingredients list. :-) **Q: how well does this work for ms?** A: Not sure, but to say it is just hot chocolate when it has ashwagandha is not accurate obviously. I had tried a different brand and it was amazingly calming. I put a few tbsp into black coffee and amazing. **Q: Why does it take a month to ship?** A: The delay is due to Amazon transferring the inventory to different warehouses. But you need a frother *by L***E on May 31, 2025* So rich and tasty!! (Without being very sweet!) Was worried about it being too turmericky (hehe) but you can’t even tell it’s there (maybe if you really try) Only drawback is you definitely need a milk frother in order to incorporate it properly. I believe this is due to the high quality (such as the inclusion of cocoa PASTE in ingredients) I tried without, even simmering in the stove and whisking as directed, and wouldn’t incorporate fully. With the frother though, you can’t even tell just add hot/boiling water and mix and it’s great. I add a little half n half and a touch of brown sugar. So good.
