Product Description The ESBJERG TRAVEL 4 is a great way to increase the living space in your minivan. It is also free standing: you can quite easily drive off for day trips without having to dismantle the tent every time. Sturdy, weatherproof and in an attractive and modern design, the ESBJERG TRAVEL 4 is the perfect tent for holidaymakers in minivans who want that little bit of extra space and comfort! The ESBJERG TRAVEL 4 is quick and easy to erect; its special construction giving the tent great stability, even when free standing. Park your minivan at the rear of the tent with the sliding door towards the tent. The connecting channel is quite simply attached to your vehicle and the guy ropes are then thrown over the roof and fastened on the other side. Should you wish to drive the vehicle away, simply disconnect the channel and close the zips on the tent. You now have a free standing tent which you can safely leave at any time! The long tunnel design of the ESBJERG TRAVEL 4 provides optimal use of space and the comfortable peak height of 210 cm gives great freedom of movement even to taller campers. The 2 separate sleeping pods that can be hooked in are made of a breathable polyester material and have their own sewn-in groundsheets, creating a cosy sleeping area for two people each and a groundsheet for the living area is also provided. Apart from the rear entrance in the connecting channel the ESBJERG TRAVEL 4 has three further entrances: the doors at the side can be rolled up and the main door at the front can be used comfortably like a regular door with hinges. Three windows with mesh material upper and clear foil material lower ensure a pleasant indoor climate and a light and friendly atmosphere. Allerdings sollte man am besten zu 3. und min. 170cm sein. Sonst wirds was schwierig beim Abspannen. Wir hatten es freistehend, nicht am Vito festgemacht. Aber das Testen wir auch noch. Der Zeltboden ist sehr robust und die Verarbeitung m.M. nach sehr hochwertig. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.
Review: The biggest tent i have ever owned - no regerts its the best ! - What an amazing tent ! It is made from really good material, the stitching is very high standard. The supplied oles lines, pegs are good, but i would recommend some strong/harder pegs as well. For my small garden/soil the supplied pegs are fine. The tent packed away in its bag and is easy to take out in its components. i.e rods are elasticated, with practice, it gets easier to put together. I assembled the tent on my own - it was hard work, and took about 3 hours in my first attempt. I think with practice I would get better/quicker. Getting the tent up the first time, i.e lifting the poles, was hard work,but doable on my own. It was very satisifying to t upright tho! Once upright, getting the internal sleeping compaments in was easy, there is so much room to move around, the internal tents just hook up - it took me a few times to move them around, but they are really good design with two internal doors. Visability into the sleeping compaments was great, i.e. people cant see in ! With all the awnings out and the doors open, this tent is huge, attached to a mazda bongo it will provide a fantastic bongo-camping experience !
