It seems to stay on even when the card goes through the mail. I've been using this product for several years. **Q: Will it work on fabric.** A: Yes it works very well on fabric. Dries completely clear. **Q: Can this be used on tulle for like decorations .drapping** A: You should be able to. We tested the Glitter Dust Spray on fabrics, but not on tulle specifically.
