For people who have difficulty opening small things, pick up small objects or hold something tight while opening should not buy this. If you take the lid completely off the daily organizer, when placing the lid back on the organizer, you have to make sure you put the lid back on correctly, so it will not pop open. The lid snaps closed so it may be difficult to open, but this is by design so the lid will not open if you have the daily organizer in your pocket or purse (a Pro for most). Pro The daily organizers have a morning and evening side, so you can open one side at a time or you can snap the lid off of both sides (as they are connected) and can access the pills more easily. (It is very important to put the lid divider back into the slot in the middle so the lids stay shut.) For extra security and ease of finding in my large purse, I put daily organizer in a small plastic baggy, but it is really not necessary. Working as designed! I like being able to set my meds up for the month and not worry about it. Working as designed and should work for the average person!
