**Q: would you use this sauce for stir fry yakisoba noodles?**
A: Don't see why not.  It is kind of a sweet soy sauce.

**Q: Does this need to be refrigerated before opening?**
A: I don’t know why people says no but you do need to keep it in refrigerator after opening!
I confirmed it at Otafuku website.

**Q: Can this be used in Yakisoba?**
A: Yes, you can use it for Yakisoba.  This sauce is thicker and sweeter than yakisoba sauce.  Some people like it that way.

Great tasting sauce. It has a slightly sweet worcestershire sauce taste. I was really happy it comes in a bottle. I was a little worried it was a large foil bag of sauce but it does come in a bottle, which is great.
