Review: Wonderful Spelt Matzos! - I kind of made a mistake when I bought these matzos! I wanted something kosher for Passover and these are not - and I didn't catch that. However, there are other uses for unleavened bread and anyone familiar with spelt knows it is kind of a bland, lack luster grain. So, when I tasted these and they had such a full, robust flavor, I was delighted! However they did it, they brought out the best qualities of this fabulous grain and made it a pleasure to consume. And that meets my needs perfectly. Thank You!

Matza crackers are in pieces, the item is all torn up and only held together by shipping tape, prior to ever being shipped out. Damaged items should not be sold as if they are new when the damage occurred prior to shipment. The taste is fine, if you like unsalted matzo.
