Cons: β€’ Head shaky β€’ Paper slips Fine for home jobs. ### ⭐⭐ flimsy, cheap, and the very nice carrying bag is the wrong size *by Y***I on April 25, 2026* This thing technically works so I didn't give it one star but... barely. Pros- it's a standard 9" hook and loop pad so you can use standard sanding discs and they work just fine and you can get a nice, smooth finish. The connection for the swivel (and thus the end of the handle) is a standard acme thread so you can mount it on a decent handle. Cons- Everything else. The handle is so flimsy that if you look at it funny, it dents or buckles. There is no way you can use this at full extension and put any type of pressure on it. The orange handle for the other pad (there are two heads, one swivel, one with a handle) is so cheap that when you press it in to put together, it deforms the plastic enough you can see the white where it got weakened. The handy carrying bag is really nice actually but it's obviously for a different product because this thing doesn't actually fit in there. Seriously. The bag might be the nicest part but use it for other tools I guess. The swivel head is super floppy and it's held together with rivets so you can't tighten it up. There is no way for you to put any tension on it and have it work unless you dismantle it and replace parts. Did this help me with smoothing some drywall patches on a high wall? Yes indeed. Was it worth it? Absolutely not. I'll make some adjustments to it to make it more useful but messing around with the flimsy handle and head swivel negated any time savings it may bring. This is absolutely a case where spending more for a higher end one is worth it.
