Welcome to the Brainbox Candy x David Shrigley collaboration. A diverse collection of cards and gifts. Everything is good. Who is David Shrigley? With an incredibly distinctive artistic style, David's work conjures up ironic commentary on everyday situations and human interactions. His perceptible drawings and texts are typically dead in their humor, revealing random explanations such as snippets of overheard conversations. Recurring themes and random musings permeate his storytelling, often capturing childlike views of the world. While drawing is at the core of his work, he is also in various other media, including sculptures, large-scale installations, painting, animation, photography, and music. In September 2016, David's fourth pedestal commission was unveiled on Trafalgar Square. The 7-metre Really Good Thumbs Up Sculpture was a refreshing and wonderfully optimistic addition to the famous landmark.
