I charged the unit immediately and used it the next day. I would roll-out about once/week for 5 - 10 minutes and could tell the vibrating unit was helping to alleviate my upper back pain/stiffness. The first charge lasted for 8-10 uses (which greatly impressed me) but when I tried to charge it the second time the unit shorted out and/or the battery failed.
