I reached out to the seller and they sent me a brand new replacement lamp. I received the new lamp within 3-4 days. The customer service was outstanding. I absolutely love the lamp. It has an adjustable dimming feature, so you can have it bright, or you can dim to your liking. It's a lovely piece that makes me feel more tranquility. It's exactly what I was wanting.
