They are very well made and easy to use. Don't be fooled by the bargain tiedowns that you purchase in discount stores. Those are ok for very light duty, however, I'd you want to tie down something that is important to you, definitely purchase these. From a price standpoint, it's basically the phrase "you get what you pay for" as these will serve you for a very long time if proper care is used.
