## Description

adidas Unisex Adult Adipower Weightlifting 3 Shoes

Review: Perfect Weightlifting Shoe - These shoes have an elevated heel that make it easier to squat with proper form for those that have poor ankle mobility. The outer soles are very solid and not compressible which provide supreme stability over other shoes that have cushion when you are squatting. I was initially worried that these shoes would be too tight since my foot is wide but they actually fit very well. They are easy to put on and after you tighten and tie the laces the Velcro step further secures your foot and helps hold everything in place. I have some adidas running shoes so I went with the same size I wear in those and these fit perfectly. The materials seem like they are of good quality and although I’ve only used them a few times I feel that they will hold up to lots of use at the gym. I will say that don’t expect these shoes to feel natural as you’re walking around the gym because they feel rather stiff. They’re not supposed to be very flexible. The point is to keep your foot in a locked position so you get optimal transfer through your squats or other exercises. I don’t like flashy shoes so I opted for the traditional black with white stripes. The adipower III seem to have an upgraded outer sole which will make cleaning them much easier since dirt and debris won’t get stuck in any air spaces like the original adipower shoes. Price point is a little higher than I wanted to pay but they are a professional grade Olympic shoe and this is expected. I don’t have any cons at this point but if I do I’ll be back to update my review. I would say if you’re a serious lifter then these shoes would definitely be worth a try. If they hold up well I don’t think I’ll explore any other brand of Olympic weightlifter shoe.
Review: Fantastic Squat Shoe - Build quality looks and feels great. Very aesthetically pleasing color way. I bought my normal size, and it fit pretty good. I do have normal width feet, and it is a little snug at the toes, but it doesn’t bother me at all. If you’re unsure if you’d like/need Olympic weightlifting shoes, I’d probably choose a cheaper model/brand or even squat with something wedged under your heels first, as these are pretty pricy compared to its competitors. Although if you’re confident that you’d like heeled shoes, and you do not have wide feet, the performance of these shoes are amazing.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Weightlifting Shoes
*by M***S on July 26, 2025*

I purchased as a birthday gift for my college son. He is into weightlifting and asked for weightlifting shoes. He wears a size 12 normally and has a medium to narrower foot and the reviews say this shoe would fit him best as not recommended for wide feet. He has only used them twice so far (supposedly you only put them on in the gym when squatting). He said he really like them.
