Review: Good fit, seems well made. - Fits my 5 year old well. She normally wears a size 6. Sleeves are a little long, but don't interfere with her gloves, and the waistband had to be adjusted in a little, but she'll have room to grow. I think this would probably fit a kid who wears a size bigger, maybe two, but can't say for sure. The jacket has hard armor built in at shoulders, elbows, and back. The manufacturer says it is CE rated, I assume CE1. Jacket seems well made, manufacturer/seller does not specify material that I saw, but it appears to be 600D nylon with heavy stitching. Zippers are YKK, so very stout. Has a zipper pocket on each side, both are large enough to stow gloves or a bandana. Paired this with a set of alpinstar pants and a DOT approved helmet, and I can't get her off my Z900RS anymore. As my daughter puts it, she's a "bad bad baddie" in this jacket.
