A: Shain, EPA is 300mg; and DHA 200mg; fish oil concentrate from anchovies, and sardines 1000mg; vitamin E (as d-alpha-tocopherol) 10 iu; in one capsule. Hope this helps.

**Q: what are the amounts of each per capsule?**
A: Hello. I haven't purchased this in some time.  However,  see if you can see alternate views of the bottle and it should list the specific ingredients and their amounts. .

**Q: is the fish oil mercury free?**
A: The fish oil used in Pure Encapsulations EPA/DHA Essentials is tested for mercury and the results fall below the strictest standards established by: Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), European Pharmacopeia (EP) and US Pharmacopeia (USP). For Mercury the limits are <50 ppb (parts per billion) our results are less than 2 ppb.

**Q: What is the current expiration date for these? Today is March 28, 2018. How long do they last?**
A: I ordered the capsules on June of 2017. The expiration date is November of 2018.
