They got to work on it very quickly and had it shipped out and delivered long before the estimated date of delivery I was given when I ordered it which was great! However, the sizing is way off. Much bigger than typical youth sizing so I would recommend sizing down. It's way too big for my 10 year old. And since it's customized, I doubt I'd be able to return it and probably don't have time to re-order one since my daughter is wearing it as her Halloween costume next week.
