Ok...so it comes in a gallon container... but I put mine in 12 oz. squeeze bottles and use as needed, keeping the rest in the refrigerator. I have been trying for years with no success to duplicate the flavor of typical chicken and broccoli recipes found in the Chinese restaurants and take out places that we all know and love.
