The pictures included below are of the first book. It came in a flimsy carton envelope. There is a minor scratch on the front cover in the corner; the color layer has already been peeled off when it first arrived, so I had to paint the area black to hide the damage. It seems like the storage condition of the book wasn't great, as the back cover has a permanent bent and the paper quality is hard instead of soft and easy to read like a new book. I think it was acceptable, but since this is my favorite volume of this series, I went ahead and re-ordered another book. I don't include pictures of the second shipment, but this time it arrived in a hard cardboard box with buffer inside and in pristine, brand-new quality. There is no damage to the covers, the paper looks new and soft, and the printing quality is great. I plan to keep the new one and donate the first book since it's still readable, just not collector condition.
