The NR (TRU NIAGEN 300mg) and the NMN 250 mg cost me about $1 per day each. This product NAD Gold costs slightly more per day. I take two sprays under my tongue each day and hold it there for about 5 min to get the max effect. I am trying to see if I should swap one product out and remain at two products per day, or take these three. Since I am still on my first bottle, I am limited in what I can say.
